TubeMogul announced on Thursday that Instagram has named the advertising software company a Partner member and that it has received the official Partner badge with an ad-tech specialty.
The new relationship means that TubeMogul gets priority for technical support resources from Instagram.
In April, 2016, clients were given the ability to place video and display ads on Instagram through TubeMogul’s ad platform. The new integration allows advertisers to consolidate their budgets and plan, buy and measure their advertising on Instagram alongside other channels, including linear TV, other digital video and display ads.
Brands can now retarget individuals exposed to video or display ads from an open web page back on Instagram. Third-party audience verification and cross-channel deduplication reporting done by Nielsen is also now available to TubeMogul clients.
“Given that more than half of all digital video viewing now occurs on mobile devices, it’s never been more important for marketers to have a way to efficiently find and engage with on-the-go consumers,” a TubeMogul spokesperson told Real-Time Daily via email.
TubeMogul was named a Facebook Marketing Partner in April, 2016.
